This is the third of a series of three large collages. The title ‘Legend’ refers to the Key to a map (the legend) and is also a play on the word legend, as story. The three together depict key moments of a journey through life. Personal and universally felt moments.
The original multimedia collage is over 4 feet wide and is not for sale right now. It is made with fabrics, papers, inks, oil pastel varnishes and found objects on board.
Limited Editions of ten fine art prints were made of each collage, eight of each are still available. At two-thirds the size of the original work, they are printed on cotton rag paper, signed, numbered and unframed.
