Shipping policy

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO REACH ME AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Delivery within the United Kingdom will be tracked and is free except for any very large size (ie. A1 size and upwards) or framed items which will have to be discussed on an individual basis. Delivery will take 3-5 business days.

For International orders, please contact me at:  viv@vivboucherat.com and the cost of shipping will be calculated. You will be informed of the cost before you commit to your purchase. It would normally take between 3 and 5 working days to process your order and have it ready to ship. (You may be responsible for paying duties, taxes and other fees levied outside the UK).

All orders will be shipped Standard Delivery via Royal Mail or courier service. Please note that you will be responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees levied outside of the UK. Items will be trackable where possible.

 

CAN I COLLECT ITEMS?

If you wish to collect your item in person, please contact me at viv@vivboucherat.com

 

CAN ITEMS BE RETURNED?

Items can be returned if they are damaged or incorrect. Please contact me if there is a problem with your purchase at viv@vivboucherat.com and we can find a solution. (If there is damage – please take a photograph upon receipt).

Where you are eligible for a refund, I will credit the card or account which you used to purchase the items.  Nothing affects your statutory rights.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM IS SHIPPED?

You will receive an e-mail informing you when your order is on its way.
