These pictures externalise my own observations and release some of my internal 'crazies' and my reactions to the world around me. I became aware that so many of these feelings are universal... none of us need feel alone.
Originally an ink and watercolour drawing, 'Things we sometimes get called...' is about the huge harsh vocabulary available to criticise and make judgements - about women in particular. We need to remember "sticks and stones..."
